• 4 years or more: Spark recommends you to people earlier in their careers, and your Spark page shows how many were introduced to you.
• Your years of experience and field stay private and never show on your card.

Spark introduces you to someone a step ahead of you. Meetwell finds a member with more experience in your field (or one close to it) and tells you why you two should talk. One tap and you're saying hello.

• Turn it on in Dashboard → Spark and tell us your field, experience, what you're looking for and your city. Only Spark sees these.
• You get at most one introduction a day by email, with a short note on why you were matched.
• Introductions go one way, so nobody gets a flood of requests, and never the same person twice.
